Return Policy

At Luxjewel, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund or exchange requests if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • You contacted us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging


2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Personalized or custom-made jewellery

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [luxjewel.pk@gmail.com] with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is approved, we will share the return instructions.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item)

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We’ll notify you by email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Double-check your bank or payment provider

  • Contact your bank—it may take time before your refund is officially posted

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at luxjewel.pk@gmail.com.
